The term lecturer can refer to various types of speakers whose goal is to teach . One of the earliest sector of lecturers in England were assistant curates who gave time in Church of England parishes. Modern clergy throughout the world could all be considered lecturers. All people who are lecturers, no matter what they are talking about, are ordinary thought of to be experts in their particular field or fields.
