People seem to love amusement parks, whether it is the thrilling rides, or the imaginative setting, even the great themed Restaurants. We take a look at the top ten reasons that theme parks are still are still a super day out for the whole family, even though everyone has had to tighten the purse strings.

1) There is something for body. Although people often think of theme parks as only for those who are big enough for all the rides, there is still something for even the smallest of thrill seekers. 4) It's not too far away. Although often the thought of travelling to a theme park can seem like a nightmare, you are most probably within 90 minutes of one near you. There are so many dotted around the country, and often they are near the centre, you can always find a way to get to one quickly. Plus, if you do live really far away, many of them do great deals at their corresponding hotels, so you can make a trip of it!

5) It's a fab day out. The most crucial thing about theme parks is they make a fantastic day out. Everyone likes to spend some time at a theme park and, as we've already mentioned there is something for everyone. So, if you are looking for a family day out, or maybe just a hoot with some friends, you are sure to find it at one of the many theme parks dotted around the country.

So, although it may seem mad that people are still heading to theme parks in their masses, if you think about it, it makes complete sense. They really are a fun day out for all the family, there is great food and entertainment and no one will ever be bored. Plus they often have great discounts and deals so that the price doesn't seem too overwhelming.
