How To Grow Taller Through Height Increasing Foods And Stretching Exercises

Sit on the floor and stretch your legs apart. Try to reach for your toes with knees straight. Hold the toes with your hands respectively and try to touch your head to the knee joint alternatively. Do not involve your upper spine.
This is an effective exercise for your legs and spine and should last for 6-15 seconds. This technique helps in elongation of the bones which helps to increase height naturally.

Vitamin A:
Along with the proper growth, it is also required for the proper body functioning. It is available in all the orange colored fruits like orange, lime, papaya, carrot, sweet potato and red bell peppers. It is also present in the egg yolk, fish cod, liver, salmon, broccoli and tomatoes. You need to take 4000 to 5000 IU of vitamin A daily.
Protein:
It helps in the growth and repair of the body tissues. This height increasing food item is present in meat, milk, nuts, egg, fish and Soya bean. You are required to have 45 to 55 grams of proteins everyday.
Vitamin D:
This helps in the absorption of calcium from your food. It also forms the phosphorus and calcium required for the bones. It further regulates the body growth. This can be found in the egg yolk, fish and liver. The recommended daily intake of vitamin D is 400 IU
Minerals:
You need calcium, phosphorus, zinc and magnesium as they are very essential for your bone growth. You may have these by taking green vegetables & fruits, milk and milk products.
Along with foods that increase height, stretch exercises are always recommended to enhance the results.
