While working with IBM Lotus Notes application, you may encounter different error messages. (1) First search for notes.ini file and then open it with a notepad. It is normally allocated at C:\Notes. Many times there may be more than one Notes.ini file. Take the file with the biggest size.

(2) Now search for the below files and delete them:
AddInMenus=NCMenu
EXTMGR_ADDINS=NCExtMgr

(3) Once you have deleted both the above mentioned files, save the Notes.ini file. After doing this, launch Lotus Notes.
