Did you ever get that telephone call first thing in the morning, before you had your first cup of coffee, from your boss telling you that there has been a change of schedule? Instead of our casual Friday day at work, an important client is coming in and wants to have a meeting with you and the company execs. At that point we rummage for something to wear instead of the clothes we picked out the night before. Then we take a deep breath, and we remember our black "go to" skirt suit. Well ladies it�s the same thing for our swimwear wardrobe. The black swimsuit, whether it's a bikini or one piece, is your "go to" suit.

When I was reviewing the 2011 designer swimwear collections this summer, Robin Piccones collection stood out, with fabulously fitting and beautiful black suits, which are sold as one piece suits, and separates, (where all of the tops and bottoms are made to be worn interchangeably), allowing ladies
to have more or less coverage to suit their own style. What impressed me most was that the fit on the Robin Piccone's is masterful and the fabric is extremely comfortable.

Firstly tops, with bandeau, halter, and tankini tops available, we have whatever style suits your body. The bandeau top offered is pleated and molded. So for the smaller cup lady if offers a look that will enhance the bust and give definition. For the fuller cup woman it offers support and does have a strap that is optional to wear around the neck.

Robin Piccones classic halter style fits most cup sizes, it has the tie around the neck and back for adjustability and a removable pad that gives the suit more support and structure. The tie in the front gives an elegant appearance.

This season Piccone has created two tankini tops. A pleated bandeau style tankini and an open back halter tankini. The molded cup bandeau tankinis has all the features of the bikini top but the tankini offers shirring through the middle to hide all evils. The open back tankini is the closest thing to wearing a bikini, with the open back giving you an airy as well as sexy feeling. Like the bikini top it ties at the neck and back for versatility.

As far as bottoms go, Robin offers a wide variety of different styles for 2011. Let's start with the classic loop tie bikini bottom, it sits low with pleats on the front, and has more back coverage then the average string but is definitely not conservative. There is also a pleated side tab hipster bottom, this is great because it doesn't pinch on the side of the women's bottom because of the side tie, and also offers just the perfect amount of coverage. The high waisted banded classic bottom in the collection offers the most coverage, it has a top band that you can pull up or roll over for style.

The 2011 Robin Piccone collection that Canyon Beachwear carries also has beautiful one pieces. The halter one piece with pleats is a fabulous swimsuit which will fit many customers perfectly. It has a low back with a tie to give the woman support, and a great moderate leg line. Put a Robin Piccone coverup with it and you are all set. The hoodie coverups are made of a modal fabric which wrinkles less than other fabrics and has an extremly cute over the head style.
