Icon Empire is excited to announce the release of IconEmpire 2.0, a new versatile toolkit for creating and editing all kinds of graphics required in the software development cycle. Compatible with all Windows OS, the application allows developers to design professional-quality icons, static or animated cursors and interface elements - all in one easy to learn and use program environment.

IconEmpire 2.0 is a powerful utility for creating and editing icons and cursors in standard and custom sizes with the color depth up to 32-bit True Color. Developers can give their graphics an added gloss with numerous visual effects, ranging from semi-transparency to drop shadows. In addition to graphics design, the program allows for extracting and modifying standard icons or cursors stored in Windows executables, libraries and cursor files.
