For making wine one has to choose right kind of grapes for the wine. Everyone likes wine so flavor adds into homemade wine increases the enthusiasm of people to drink. * European wine grapes of category Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Pinot Noir has almost nil sharpness in taste and are of very high sugar content.

The ultimate result of wine homemade wine making depends upon the right selection of grapes as well as the method for making it. Different people like different flavors of wine like some like citrus flavored wines. For making it citrus flavored, add citrus fruits such as oranges, apples, and berries. For extra flavor some adds ginger, watermelon etc. the invention of new flavor is endless in wine making, it all depends on how much money you put in making wine.

Requirement for making wine:

* A big fermentor up to 50 liters which includes airlocks, hydrometers and gauges.
* Airlocks help to allow the gases to escape while keeping out from passing into the utensil which harms the wine used for fermenting.
* Hydrometer used to display the sugar and alcohol content for giving the accurate reading to the wine maker of the progress of it, so that he can take the decision whether to stop the process or continue it.
