ENA is licensed by UK health authorities and comply with high national standards, therefore provide all staff with quality training and support by their qualified and professional team. ENA is pleased to introduce the opportunity to Australian and New Zealand travelers to arrange work prior to leaving home with the establishment of their Australian branch. It costs them a lot of money to train each applicant. They would not spend the money if they were not committed to placing you in work as soon as possible. They have approximately 130 clients on their books so they always have work available. It is very unusual for applicants to leave their training course without a work commitment. During training a care coordinator will give you details of a job they think would suit you; they will provide a description of the person, what your day entails and where that job is located. From then, the care coordinator will be your point of contact, any questions or concerns you can always contact them. There is no pressure to know everything in your first day, or even your first week. It will take you a few weeks to learn the clients routine and adjust to their lifestyle, so enjoy it.
