Happier Than Brett Farve Over The Randy Moss Trade!

There are all kinds of fitness that coaches and trainers can give you help with. There are a couple that interest me and I have personal experience in. I am going to go over and explain them:

First I am a police officer and have been one for thirteen years. When I went to the police academy I used military training guides to make sure I was in good enough shape. I specifically followed the navy seal training regiment. It was hard and very effective. I did not have the first bit of trouble completing the P.T. portion of the academy. Since then I have always tried to keep myself in the best shape possible. I have ran in 5k's, 10k's, half marathons, and marathons. I have tried to keep up muscle ton. I used to accomplish through a weight lifting program. I started P90X about six months ago and since then that is what I use to keep toned. I still run but now only three times a week
I also am a mother of two boys. I ran while I was pregnant up until I had both of them. After delivery, I started when I was advised by my doctor and began to ease back into exercise and running. I know the struggles of getting ...
... back into your pre pregnancy shape. It is hard and takes a lot of work. The main thing to remember is that don't do too much too fast or you will hurt yourself and have to take even more time off to recover. Taking care of a newborn also takes up a lot of time and energy. That definitely needs to be a factor in what you do.
Like I said I have to boys and their health and fitness is very important to me. My six year old is very picky about what he eats. I make sure he takes muli-vitiams once a day and try very hard to get him to eat healthy. My two year old is a very good eater. He will eat just about anything you put in front of him. I still make sure he has a multi-vitiman. My boys are very active and basically go no-stop from the time they get up till they go to bed. I don't like for them to watch a lot of television. I think their time is better served playing. If you have trouble getting them out from the television, try playing games with them my boys love it.
I have always played sports and still try to today. I feel like the best exercise and fitness program for athletes is P90X. I know, I know, but it is great. I gives you everything cardio, weights, and interval training. You can also do the doubles program guide, which will give you all you need and more. This program also mixes it up, and gives you different videos with kickboxing and plyometrics which I absolutely LOVE! I would even suggest this program to collegiate and professional athletes. Basically it makes me happier than Brett Farve over the Randy Moss trade!!!
