One of the most usual health trouble people experience recently is high blood pressure, also known as hypertension. This is a condition that should be dealt seriously because the high pressure of blood alongside the artery walls can result to a heart illness. 4. Fruits. A lot of minerals, healing ingredients, vitamins, and antioxidants are found in fruits, thus making it advisable for high blood pressure sufferer to eat. Vitamin C is good for lowering blood pressure and fruits are the main source of this vitamin. It is fine to take in as much fruits as you can but make sure you don't take it in along with too much sugar and salt. This is a good way to lower the blood pressure for it is safer and with no side effects at all.

These are just a few of the high blood pressure lowering foods that a person with hypertension must have daily. Medicines of different kinds and dosages are around but going natural is still the safest and most effective method of all.
