ZW3D has a unique modeling method called Hybrid Modeling, which can mix solids and surfaces. With it, designers do not need to put too much stress on solid surfacing, as the hybrid modeling will do it automatically.To show how it works, we will use the ZW3D modeling on a simple guitar.

1. With a myriad of sketch functions, drawing a sketch in ZW3D is very convenient, and editing features is also very simple. 6. Any curve can be changed into a corresponding rod shape using the Sweep command. The curves can be tangent or form "X", "T" or "L" shaped intersections as followed:

7. During our design, decoration is necessary, designers can choose a special picture or file, and then apply it on some face. Checkerboard, Chrome, Wood, and other textures are just some examples of gradients that can be used.Designers can choose their own patterns like the one shown below.
