Living with anxiety can be very troublesome for some people. They are constantly anxious about a wide variety of things in their lives.

Here are some things that you can do to release pent up anxiety.

Breathing is a great way to reduce anxiety and it has a calming effect. You are probably thinking well everyone breathes so how can this relieve my anxiety. The answer to this question is this type of breathing is called deep breathing. You should take a huge deep breath hold it for a few seconds than release. Do this motion at least three different times to relieve anxiety.

Another great natural remedy for anxiety is to have a healthy lifestyle. Foods that are bad for your body can cause anxiety. Caffeine for example that is in some drinks can speed up your heart rate causing your anxiety to worsen. Nicotine that is found in cigarettes can have the same affect. Learning to not use these items or to lessen your use of these items can really help with your anxiety. Exercising is another way to reduce anxiety and is great for your body and mind.

Listing out all the things that are positive in your life, in your head, can reduce anxiety and put you in an overall better mood. Also learning to smile more has the same affect of people.

These are just a few natural remedies to help fight anxiety. By implementing these natural remedies into your day, your anxiety will lessen. No one should have to live with anxiety, but unfortunately many of us do. Using these tips can really help you live your life free of anxiety.
