Start with the material

Specifications in an enquiry describe what the buyer wants; they do not establish the composition of a particular lot. The parties need to agree what evidence is relevant and how it will be evaluated.

Make the enquiry specific

Describe your target parameters and preferred sampling or independent inspection approach when you contact Alkharteet. Ask which reports or other supporting information may be available for the specific material and how any further testing could be arranged.

Review the offer

Record who takes samples, which methods or laboratories are acceptable to your organisation, and how differences in results will be handled. Confirm commercial terms and applicable requirements separately from the technical review.

Discuss your requirement

Share the material, quantity and destination with Alkharteet (https://alkharteet.co.ke/contact/) to start an enquiry.
