Start with the material

A request that says only “send your best price” leaves out the details needed to assess a potential transaction. Alkharteet invites buyers to describe the material, quantity and destination so the discussion can start on practical terms.

Make the enquiry specific

Include your target specification, expected quantity, delivery location and required documents. State whether your organisation needs independent sampling or inspection, and identify any timeline that matters to your procurement process.

Review the offer

When you receive a proposal, check what is included and what remains to be confirmed. Ask for clarity on availability, material details, pricing basis, transport, payment and responsibilities before comparing offers or making a commitment.

Discuss your requirement

Share the material, quantity and destination with Alkharteet (https://alkharteet.co.ke/contact/) to start an enquiry.
