Coltan procurement: build an enquiry around the right specifications

A useful coltan enquiry begins with the specification your operation can actually use.

Start with the material

Coltan, also described as tantalite ore, enters a complex minerals supply chain where composition and documentation matter. Alkharteet’s catalogue gives buyers a starting point for a discussion rather than a substitute for a lot-specific assessment.

Make the enquiry specific

Share your target material, indicative quantity, destination and preferred testing method. Explain which assay details, sampling arrangements and supporting records your purchasing team needs. Ask how the proposed material would be presented and what information is available for the specific offer.

Review the offer

Then compare offers on the same basis: specification, testing, delivery point, payment conditions and the responsibilities of each party. Confirm availability, origin and applicable permissions for the transaction rather than assuming they are fixed for every shipment.

Discuss your requirement

Share the material, quantity and destination with Alkharteet (https://alkharteet.co.ke/contact/) to start an enquiry.
