Attend a Demo Class Before Joining
Never choose an SAP institute based only on:
Advertisements
Social media posts
Google rankings
Brochures
Counselling sessions
Discounts
Attend a real demo class whenever possible.
During the demo, observe whether the trainer:
Explains concepts clearly
Uses business examples
Demonstrates the SAP system
Encourages questions
Explains configuration logically
Connects theory with business processes
Discusses practical scenarios
Explains integration
Answers questions confidently
Don't judge a trainer merely by presentation style.
Instead ask yourself:
“After this session, do I understand the concept better?”
A useful demo-class question
Ask the trainer:
“Can you explain one complete business process related to this module?”
For example:
SAP MM: Purchase Requisition → Purchase Order → Goods Receipt → Invoice Verification
SAP SD: Inquiry → Quotation → Sales Order → Delivery → PGI → Billing
SAP FICO: Business Transaction → Accounting Entry → Ledger Impact → Reporting
The explanation can reveal a lot about the depth of the training.
