Greater Noida's Yamuna Expressway belt has quietly become one of the busiest topics in North Indian real estate, and Sector 22D is right at the centre of it. Completion is currently slated for late 2030.

VVIP Yamuna isn't the only project coming up in this belt, but the combination of RERA registration, reasonable unit sizes and a location tied to the airport corridor makes it worth a serious loo, whether the goal is to live here or to hold it as a long-term investment.
