Then use 2 teaspoons of cohosh root tincture, 1 spoon of don quai root tincture, 1 spoon of sarsaparilla tincture, 1 spoon of licorice root tincture, 1 spoon of chaste tree tincture, 1 spoon ginseng root tincture.
Then mix all the ingredients well and take 3 drops a day. For skin one may use 2 ounces aloe Vera gel and blossom water. 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar can be used to bring a glow in the skin. 6 drops rose eranium essential oil and few drops of sandalwood essential oil.
