Manhattan has some of the best shopping in the United States. From Madison Avenue to bargain basements, there is literally something for everyone here. I have been shopping everywhere from Paris, France to Dallas, Texas, but honestly, nothing compares to Manhattan. Maybe it's the thrill of the chance of spotting a big Hollywood star shopping along the same streets as me, or the yellow taxis and Manhattan movers vans speeding by, or maybe it is the friendly people. Whatever it is, it definitely works.

Once you have shopped your heart out, you absolutely must enjoy a treat in Central Park. Besides shopping, people watching is one of the most popular activities in the state. Hundreds of thousands of people visit New York every year just to visit this special park. Of course, we all know that Central Park is the biggest park in the US, but you just have to see it in person to appreciate it's vastness. One thing you won't see here are those speeding taxis and Manhattan movers trucks. Once you enter Central Park, the fast pace of The Big Apple seems to disappear and visitors seem to become more relaxed.

The great thing is, there are so many activities and things to do in Manhattan, you can eat all the great food that's available because you know you will burn it off. Yep, Manhattan may just be the perfect city.
