Reality: This is the most important myth to address directly. There is currently no natural remedy that has been clinically proven to treat or cure cancer on its own. Delaying or avoiding evidence-based treatment in favour of unproven alternatives can allow the disease to progress to stages where options become significantly more limited. Complementary approaches — like good nutrition, stress management, and gentle exercise can genuinely support wellbeing alongside treatment, but they should never be positioned as a substitute for it. Always discuss these openly with your oncologist.
