When you begin your search for a wall cladding installer, the first thing you will notice that there are several service providers in the market. Some of them are operating for several years while some have entered the industry quite recently. The availability of so many service providers can often make it challenging to shortlist the best one for the job. On what basis do you hire one and reject the others? While most will consider their budget to narrow down the search, but in reality, there are other factors at play as well. What are those factors? Today, we are going to discuss about them.

If the wall cladding installer is unable to share his license number or certification number then this is a red flag. This will happen only when the service provider is not licensed. Otherwise, they can easily share the necessary details.
If the installer is giving multiple excuses for not being able to share their portfolio. Keep in mind that any service provider worth its salt will have a work portfolio showcasing ...
... the projects they have worked on. Their portfolio is an insight into their creativity and skill sets and not having one raises serious questions about their credibility.
Did they quote an extremely low amount for the task? Is it too hard to believe? If yes, then don’t trust them. No one will quote an amount where they have to undergo a loss. Please understand that they are doing business and not some charity.
The wall cladding installer is unable to furnish a written contract for the project. This is a big red flag. The contract is a legal document that is binding on all the parties involved. If there is no contract then you can never hold the service provider liable for any mistake on mishap that takes place on the work site. Do not hire an expert who cannot furnish this document.
Unprofessional behaviour and poor communication skills are other telltale signs. A reliable service provider knows the significance of clear and concise discussion. They will always keep you on the loop so that both of you are on the same page. They will attend your calls and revert to your emails in a timely manner. If you find any kind of discrepancies in this area then it is better that you don’t hire them. They are nothing but trouble.

If you exercise caution, you will find the best wall cladding installer in the city. Take your time to find the best one. Do not rush the process.
