Customer reviews say a lot about the service provider. Every company, big or small is vying for positive reviews by their customers. And to ensure that they get relevant feedback they are often trying out different means to lure in the customers. Discounts, special packages, free gifts are only some of the ways. If you too are interested to showcase feedback by your customers, you have to encourage them to share their views. You will be amazed to know that a huge segment of the buyers never shares their opinions online. If you can convince your regular customers to express what they feel about the company and the products sold and the services offered, then half the battle is won.
An interesting way to encourage your customers to share their opinion is through the Google review card. This is a unique card. A QR code is embedded in this card. Your PR team or customer care department should look into the matter. If the reviews are in favour, then express your gratitude and move on to the next set of feedbacks. If the review is against the company, then acknowledge the review and post a suitable reply on the lines of coming up with better solutions in the future, or you hope that they will give you another opportunity to serve them so that you can change their opinion about your company and services. When your team responds to both positive and negative feedback, you are showing that you are willing to offer better and quality solutions at all times.
Your response and way of dealing with the reviews will become the stepping stone to success. You will find that your customers really appreciate your initiative and are willing to purchase your products because they know that given a chance your company will undo the wrongs done.
