Maharashtra Youth Policy: Sunny Nimhan Appointed To High-level Committee
Sunny Nimhan joins Maharashtra panel to promote youth skills, jobs and sports
Pune: Former corporator Sunny Nimhan has been appointed as a special invitee to the high-level committee working on revising Maharashtra’s Youth Policy. His appointment has been officially confirmed through a government order issued by the Department of School Education and Sports. The panel also includes MLA Sangram Jagtap and journalists Vinod Raut and Bhagwan Parab.
Nimhan, known for his extensive work with the Someshwar Foundation, has led several initiatives across Pune and Maharashtra in the fields of social welfare, education, culture, and sports. His long-standing efforts in youth development — including skill-building, employment facilitation, community engagement, and sports promotion — are believed to have played an important role in his selection.
