We breathe to survive. If people get away from air, oxygen, people will die immediately. But truth is more than that. Clinical studies prove that oxygen, wellness, and life-span are totally dependent on proper breathing. Some experts even propose that the lung volume is a primary marker for how long you will live.

They are not exaggerating the effects of breathing. A 20% reduction in oxygen blood levels may be caused by the aging process and normal breathing habits. Poor breathing robs energy and negatively affects mental alertness.

We address food, exercise, internal cleansing, attitude, and environment but breathing is for many the most important part of getting and keeping healthy. Our life is begin with breathe, so it seems we also have to practice some way to breathe.

Are you breathing shallowly and rapidly, into your throat or chest? Are you making breathing difficult by clenching any muscles? If you find where the problem lies in, you are more likely to deal with it. When we aren't allowing ourselves enough air, it's no surprise that working feels painful and worrisome. Breathing correctly can even good to your work, to make working becomes easier and more fulfilling, and ultimately, increase your productivity.
