Understanding Leasehold and Freehold in Dubai

Dubai Law No. (7) of 2006 outlines the rules for property ownership in the emirate. Nationals of the UAE and other Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries are permitted to hold freehold property anywhere in Dubai.
