The human body is machine which works with the energy provided from food. People who eat much and people who eat less trouble their body equilibrium. The human body is used to store energy for emergency conditions. That the same time it requires the proper work to use the stored energy. In current world the human life has become very modernize making human use less body. This situation has lead to unhealthy body condition. People are using modern equipment and high fee membership for reducing their body weight and unwanted fat. The total body needs a perfect workout which can be easily done at home with proper and continuous practice. There are certain steps in doing a workout. The proper step wise go will lead to a healthy body this article will discuss about these steps.

The Aerobic exercise.

This can be achieved by doing the household works like lawn moving, carpet vacuuming, snow shoveling, and then carrying the groceries filled bag or a laundry basket to upstairs of downstairs.

Strengthening the lower body.

The next part of whole workout is strengthening the lower body. In early times the leg muscles were to be strong because they were the only reason for the weight lifter to hold the weight. Hence in order to have a strong body we need strong lower body first. The leg's strength can be increased by doing simple squats and positioning in chair position for maximum possible time. The wall sits is another exercise to be done with back flat against the wall and feet away. We have to bend our knees positioning our legs to 90 degrees and hold this position as long as we can. These simple exercises thereby increase the body tone and burn the unwanted fat beneath the skin. These fats make the body to grow south. Hence a proper and continuous workout will lead to a healthy body.
