Living and working in Manhattan is splendid and I wouldn't want to move anywhere else for the world - Manhattan is prestigious, filled to the brim with positively minded people and bright and breezy, making it a pleasure to experience and a sightseer's ultimate dream.

My seven children and I have lived here all our lives exemplifying the family-friendly nature of my neighbourhood and its idyllic appeal to families. The area is secure and safe, which is always a great thing, and I have gladly never been witness to anything unseemly when it comes to crime and misdemeanours.

I am an office space agent so I am forever keeping an eye on the nature of the forever changing motions of the office space industry in Manhattan. My bosses and managers are well aware of my expert knowledge of the types of office spaces in the region such as bullpen offices, virtual offices and cubicle space. I wander down Park Avenue, Lexington Avenue and Madison Avenue on occasion to get grips with the empty office spaces available at a grass roots level because I want to know the market inside out and like to meet my goals to perfection.

The overwhelming active strength of my job is considerable which reflects the Manhattan temperament completely. It's clear that this is the biggest positive about the region that appeals to tourists and local residents. Anybody who wants to move to the region should be ready for a heady world full of excitement, enterprise and quick thinkers. I have found through my work that Manhattan staff are some of the best in the world - the buzz is indescribable and something that you won't be able to find anywhere else.

In terms of transportation Manhattan is filled with outstanding methods such as trains, buses and the subway route, which gets a lot of bad things said about it but does the job it was designed to do in style. I can tell you lots about the ways of getting in to work because I commute during the week so I am well aware of the variable transport modes and methods available to workers.

Manhattan food is absolutely delicious! Food from different continents and specialist localities is on offer, such as madras curry, pad thai and giros. You name it and Manhattan has it so if you are a foodie then get clobbered up in your sweat pants and get to Manhattan on the double for an unrivalled food experience that gets the stomach juices flowing and is a feast for the eyes.

When I next find a Manhattan commercial property that I'm planning on putting up for rent, I'll buy a sit-down lunch from a restaurant I frequent on a daily basis, which provides delicious food fast! And you should do the same.
