Why a Management Aptitude Test Matters
A management aptitude test is much more than just an entrance exam. It acts as a screening tool that evaluates essential skills like logical reasoning, quantitative ability, language comprehension, and general awareness. These are not just academic abilities but core competencies that every successful manager requires in the real world.
The purpose of such a test is twofold:
To help colleges and universities select the right candidates.
For students aspiring to pursue an MBA, PGDM, or any other management course, clearing a management aptitude test is often the first milestone in their journey.
