Whether it’s a friend, family member, or colleague, your presence and compassion can make all the difference.

Spotting the Signs: When to Offer Support

Not everyone openly shares when they are having a hard time, and mental health struggles can look different for different people. You might notice mood changes, withdrawal from social interactions, or a sudden drop in energy or motivation.
