The best abdominal workout for the family is jumping rope. This workout has tightened abs for professional boxers for years.

Jumping rope is a simple exercise that requires no equipment except a jump rope.
This makes jumping rope the perfect exercise to do at home and on a tight schedule.

But a littler known secret is jumping rope also loses fat that is deposited in the stomach that crunches or sit-ups cannot reach.

The problem with crunches or sit-ups is that they only target the muscles that lie under the stomach and do not address the fat that stored inside your stomach.

The 2nd rounds increase your speed before your 30 second rest.

The 3rd and final round work top speed until your minute is up.

Each week add another round or another half-minute to your workout.

After the 1st week you will notice a loss of inches around your waist.

Within a month this AB workout will flatten your stomach and increase your stamina as well as your heat rate too.
