Common symptoms include headaches, dizziness, shortness of breath, chest pain, sleeplessness, vomiting, purple lips, lack of appetite, general weariness, muscular pains, and so on.

The greatest time to visit Tibet is in the summer and fall, when the landscape is at its finest, the oxygen levels are high, and the weather is comfortable. However, there is a significant temperature variation between day and night, particularly morning and night. In summer, the temperature in Tibet reaches roughly 30℃ during the day and drops to 10℃ at night. Tibet is relatively chilly throughout its two seasons, spring and winter. Tourists travelling during these three seasons should be aware of the cold and warmth, carry enough of cold-proof clothes, bathe and wash their hair as little as possible, and avoid colds at all costs.
