Senior management must take care of these issues and when there is any lack of direction they should guide the juniors so that they never loose the direction in the way of developing the ERP project. In order to maintain a proper goal and objective management should maintain a project charter before the project begins. This project charter can help in keeping goal and the objective well in mind.

5. System Testing - After training comes the demo period, the product should run as demo for 10 to 15 days to understand the inflow and outflow of the business process.
