When it comes to ensuring that your machine keeps working, and is safe at the same time, the installation of a JCB filter kit installation is one of the greatest maintenance tasks. Step 1: Safety First
Switch off the machine and wait till cooling the engine
Pump parking brake

With hydraulic and fuel filters, ensure that sealing is okay and the filters are not cross-threaded.
Air Filter Installation:

Clean the housing.
Insert the new filters, making sure to close the housing tightly.
Step 5: Refill Fluids
Refill with fresh engine oil, hydraulic oil, or fuel if earlier drained.
If possible, should be preferred fluids recommended by the manufacturer.
Step 6: Prime and Start the Machine
The air should be bled from the system for fuel filters, as per the JCB Manual.
Reconnect the battery.
The engine should be started and kept idling for a few minutes.
Check for leaks around the new filters.
Step 7: Final Inspection
Recheck the level of fluids after some minutes of working.
Feel free to clean out any spilled oil or fuel.
Log the dates and hour meter reading in the service record.
