4.Send a legal notice to the adjacent landowner with you providing him to purchase the land. You should demand that they pay the entire amount in 30 days at which you have decided to sell it for any other person. If he doesn’t accept your offer during this period, you can sell it to any other person.
5.When you are ready to sell a land, you should provide the neighbouring landowners an opportunity to make an offer that is equal to the market price.
