Dharma is a salient concept of Hinduism and includes all aspects of righteous behavior. It explains the importance of noble traits like kindness, integrity, humility, and self-control. Dharma encompasses respect towards nature and protecting the environment, too. Dharma is indeed relevant in the modern world! Now, it won’t be out of place to quickly focus on the primary aspects of this subject at hand. 

• Hindu Dharma is flexible and can easily adapt to changing times. People should understand and appreciate the significance of Dharma. Humans have to realize that no one can always remain wealthy and successful by deviating from Dharma.
• The definition of Dharma keeps changing with time. For instance, in the modern-day, conforming to the ethics of the organization where a person is employed comes under Dharma. At the same time, respecting the law of the land is also encompassed under Dharma.

• In light of the points discussed above, ‘Dharma’ gains greater relevance in the contemporary world. It is only when people reintroduce Dharma into various aspects of life that the damage mentioned earlier can be reversed.

An individual is necessitated to successfully withstand the competition to have a fruitful career. It is in this context that Dharma becomes highly significant. A person who has prioritized Dharma in their everyday life has no hassles in achieving that goal. They skillfully handle the competitive environment and grow professionally. Simultaneously, they make certain that they do not deviate from Dharma.  
• Another important facet of Dharma is worthy of special mention. Dharma stresses that when endeavoring to solve problems, people should concentrate and also on long-term solutions. And this is what a Dharmic individual adheres to. They always work in that direction. They are against resolving matters temporarily, especially when they realize that this approach could lead to serious issues in the future. The present respite is only an illusion.
