The Dalaman region of Turkey is a place of immense natural beauty, with scented orange groves, beautiful cotton fields, and rocky outcrops as far as the eye can see. Keen birdwatchers should make a bee line for the Dalyan Delta, which contains a huge variety of wildlife including several rare species of bird. If you fancy a peaceful, relaxing afternoon in the sun, you might want to take a boat down to the cove at Ekincik.

The nearest beach to Dalaman is Sarigerme Beach, a beautiful sandy beach with clear blue waters where you can indulge in a number of different water sports.
