Conducting surveys, whether they are mobile surveys, sms based surveys or text based surveys , are a great way to have a two way conversation with your customers - existing as well as potential. Chances are that your customers are constantly on the go. So the probability of your being able to reach them via a conventional paper survey, which takes time to read and fill out anyway, is pretty slim.

After all, what purpose would be served by sending out a mass of sms without reeling in a response from even half the target audience?
