At foods that are easily digestible. Add beans to your diet as they act as an extra aid to the process of digestion. Avoid chewing gums and carbonated water. Chew your food well before swallowing and never over eat. Add a mild bit of exercise to your daily routine. All these will help you keep gas at bay.
