Making decision in business is very much alike to making decisions in life, timing is always crucial. We always take examples from successful people because there is something crucially important that they have and we lack of it. In life we look after our role models and certain image that we have created in our mind that we perceive to be ideal for us to follow. In business we general missing that guidance and often have to take decision based on our guess work.

Alike parental figures, other people, and life itself supply the us with information about who we are and the way we are taken by other people, thus letting us know the degree of deviance that we actually project from the one we thinks about ourselves. These messages appear to be unique "address" applied to our decisions that we take regularly. However most of these information intakes are very sensitive, particularly sensitive if referred to the so-called parent messages, because we intuitively feels that the life and the way we see it as well as our well-being depend on them.

Some messages in fact have the character of the verbal message addressed to ...
... us or overheard by ourselves, sometimes - this behavior or emotional reactions to what we do or say or how do it. This is positive form of correction of our decision making process. But it also happens that correction could be by virtue of a self-centered thinking, may find the message the event of the life, real communication is not. I must say that the value is not what is intended to convey but the way in which meaning of the message has been given or otherwise become transparent to us and other people around us who takes part in creating our own understanding.

Analyzing the psychological scenario of these messages we might came to the conclusion that they are based on non-constructive actions taken under the influence of special interests as well as negative, destructive content. These messages convey by some people surrounding us due to their own own psychological variations and shortcomings.

These negative messages can be transmitted and non-verbally, people's invents, imagines, and misinterprets events and in this way distorted reality and representation of the actual status or events. Therefore, we have to be careful while we making our decisions that we are not subjected under these wrong and distorted understanding of the reality that required our action, we have to be certain that we make our decisions and our action based on the real challenges and real scope of the problem or issues.

Otherwise we set ourselves and our business on the path different from the one that shall lead us to the success in life and business. If we fails to objectively assess ourselves, and other people around us, our role models and images that we have set as our guidance will become a sort of "mirror" in which we can judge about who we is and who the people around us. This is risky perception since it is based on our perceptions that changes and therefore our understanding changing as well, whereas in the end we will begin to trust not the real people but what we tend to believe about them.
