We are looking for an Executive in Export Documentation to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have experience with export documentation, port formalities, and compliance within the exporting or forwarding industries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Export Documentation: Manage and process all export documentation.
• Port Formalities: Oversee port-related formalities to ensure timely export processing.
• Coordination: Liaise with export firms, forwarders, and regulatory bodies as needed.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to all export regulations and policies.
• Record Keeping: Maintain thorough records and prepare reports on export activities.
Candidate Profile:
• Experience: 1-3 years in export documentation or similar role.
• Education: Bachelor’s in BA, B.Com, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Industry Preference: Experience in an exporting firm or with a forwarder.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of export documentation, port formalities, and compliance practices.
