With Easy Orga, you directly model your Organization on a visual and intuitive 2D plan: you add and structure the Objects you want and then you analyze them... It’s simple and so effective!

For your model, you have 3 complementary axes that feed your analyses:
• Consumption: Through relationships, you consume modeled Objects among themselves. You then deduce “which one consumes which one and what”.
• Finance: You enter Costs and/or Revenues so that they automatically flow into every Object in your consumption networks. This way, you obtain Total Costs, redistributed Revenues and Profitabilities.
• Evaluation: Do you have Strategic Objectives? You create an evaluation system with axes by Objectives and then evaluate certain modeled Objects. Through your consumption networks, these evaluations finally spread throughout your model. You deduce and analyze the gaps compared to your targets.
