Australian visa subclass 106 is a provision visa for business owners. Established business owners or those who have had a successful business career can get a provision Business Visa. Australia continues to look for these types of individuals who have a genuine, realistic commitment to setting up a new business or being involved as an owner of an existing business in the country.

This visa is for overseas business owners who are less than 45 years old. You must be outside Australia when this visa is granted, unless you are holding a student Australian visa at the time of application.

Once granted, you can establish a new or existing business in Australia, travel in and out of the country as long as the visa is valid, have your family accompany you to Australia and establish a pathway to permanent residence.
