About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Purchase Executive to join our team in Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, overseeing procurement processes, and ensuring timely delivery of materials at the best possible cost. You will also have the opportunity to travel internationally for business development and client management.
Key Responsibilities
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business, and travel internationally to develop business with both new and existing clients.
• Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective procurement.
• Procurement Process: Prepare and process purchase orders, track orders, and resolve any issues related to delivery timelines and product quality.

• Cost Management: Analyze market trends to prepare cost reports and ensure procurement remains within budget while maintaining product quality.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate procurement records and generate regular reports to track the procurement process and costs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the finance, production, and sales teams to forecast demand, plan procurement, and optimize the supply chain.
Who Should Apply?
• Experience: 2-8 years in procurement, purchasing, or supplier management, preferably in the manufacturing or engineering sector.
• Educational Background: BTech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Skills: Strong negotiation skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.
