Acne is a disorder which is related with the action of hormones on the oil glands of the skin. It results into plugged pores and commonly we called as pimples or zits which are an outbreak of lesions. Usually the acne lesions occur on the neck, back, Chest, face and shoulders. 3. Take a cup of hot water and put 1 tablespoon of dandelion roots. After boiling it keep it in simmer for 15 minutes. Then allow it to cool for approximately 45 minutes and then drain it. Drink this solution at least 1/3-1/2 cup 3 times a day. You must take this solution approximately 15 minutes before eating meals. This treatment is effective and it definitely reduces the skin rashes and acne. To have an effective result and also to reduce the problem of acne you must follow any treatment regularly.
