Eastern India Hoteliers and Travel Agents Association, better known as EIHATA cuts across all boundaries of geography to promote tourism and the hotel industry in the eastern part of the country. The association was formed with the aim to develop fellowship among hoteliers, and travel agents but has significantly turned out to be a wonderful platform for tackling issues in the industry, learning from each other's best practices, and improving service quality.
