HydroX AI, a startup specializing in artificial intelligence (AI), has recently secured a $4 million angel round of funding from Vitalbridge Capital, Atom Capital, and renowned AI expert Qi Lu, EVP of Microsoft and former COO of Baidu. This investment will enable HydroX AI to continue innovating in the field of large language model (LLM) safety and further their goals of entering the market.

The funding comes at a time when the LLM AI market is experiencing rapid growth. It is projected that global LLM revenue will reach $260 billion by 2030. However, with this growth comes increased risks in terms of safety and security. HydroX AI has discovered that a typical LLM can be vulnerable to attacks and compromise within just three months of its release. This highlights the importance of constantly updating security measures. As a result, HydroX AI recognizes the significant need and potential in the AI Trust, Risk, and Security Management (AI TRiSM) sector.
