Uninstall Recent Windows Updates
Firstly, go to the Control Panel.
Secondly, select the option to uninstall a program.
After that, click View installed updates.
Finally, select the recent updates and click on the Uninstall option.

Add the printer manually using its IP address.
Firstly, go to the Settings option.
Secondly, select Bluetooth and Devices.
Then, go to Printers and Scanners and add a printer or scanner. Click the Add device option.

After that, select the link indicating that the printer you wish to add is not in the list.
Finally, select a TCP/IP address or a hostname to add a printer.
Disable RPC Print Spooler Encryption to fix Windows Printer Error 0x0000011b
To resolve error code 0x0000011b, disable this option.

Firstly, open the Registry Editor program.
Secondly, open HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print.
After that, select New DWORD-32 bit Value from the context menu when you right-click on the Print key.
Then, give the new key the name RpcAuthnLevelPrivacyEnabled.
After this, set the new key’s value by double-clicking it.
Finally, restart your computer and check that it is connected to your printer.
