When it comes to reaching for a beverage, there are seemingly three different categories: something to hydrate or something for fun. But what if we could combine two in one?

LOLO Drink Company is introducing Canadian adults to the country's first-ever ready-to-drink tequila cocktails with electrolytes. These replenishing cocktails in cans are fueled by quality natural ingredients and pure, 100% agave Tequila straight from Jalisco, Mexico.

Founded by the Vancouver-based craft brewery, Strathcona Beer Company, LOLO cocktails are handcrafted entirely in-house by experts using pure, 100% agave Tequila straight from Jalisco, Mexico, and enhanced with mineral-rich electrolytes with sea salt made by Strathcona’s brewmaster. The thirst-quenching, drink-anytime beverages taste light and naturally bright from the cocktail’s citrus-forward ingredients including freshly squeezed grapefruit and lime juice. Sweetened with natural agave and local BC honey, LOLO has a 4.5% alcohol content and only 110 calories per can.

These wellness-minded beverages will come in two flavours: Tequila Lime Fizz and Honey Paloma Fizz. Retailing for $20 CAD for a 4-pack, LOLO is available later this month in Strathcona Beer Company’s tasting room at 895 Hasting Street in Vancouver, followed by their new location at Lonsdale Quay, opening this summer, along with select private liquor stores, restaurants and bars.
