Tata Elxsi, a renowned global engineering and design company, has announced a collaboration with Red Hat, the world's leading provider of traditional operating systems. This partnership aims to facilitate the seamless movement of applications in a 5G multi-cloud environment for Telcos and MVNOs.

To achieve this, Tata Elxsi will utilize OpenShift, Red Hat's container platform, as a standardized container-as-a-service (CaaS) layer across various multi-cloud environments. Additionally, Tata Elxsi's Multi-layer Automation Platform, Neuron, will enable cloud automation, 5G application placement, and modernization.

The collaboration between Tata Elxsi and Red Hat will also focus on the development of 5G Connected Car solutions. By leveraging TETHER, Tata Elxsi's CVP Platform, and Red Hat's In-Vehicle OS, they will introduce edge analytics, in-vehicle data processing, and management with MlOps.

Tata Elxsi will contribute its expertise and award-winning solutions in the Connected Vehicle segment, along with its capabilities in 5G network design, orchestration, automation, and testing. Together, Tata Elxsi and Red Hat aim to assist global operators in network monetization through innovative applications in sectors such as Automotive and Healthcare.
