Another option is dermabrasion. This procedure usually yields fairly positive results, as it literally scrapes away dead skin cells to make way for the healing and replication of current healthy cells. However, dermabrasion can be painful, and that is usually the last thing anyone wants after undergoing a painful surgery and recovery process. Patients usually have to get the procedure done multiple times before seeing noticeable results, which can end up being very pricey.

If neither of these options sounds quite viable for you, there is another treatment which has not only proven to be very effective, but is also pretty convenient as well as relatively inexpensive.
